What we collect

Account details. When you join as a Member we collect your name, email address, password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), and, if you share it, when you plan to visit.

Requests and applications. When you request a booking, plan a trip, apply for Private Client, or contact us as a business, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, dates, party size, and preferences.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, device type, and approximate location. It does not identify you personally.

How we use it

  • To plan your trip and make bookings on your behalf
  • To share the details a venue needs to honor your booking or perk, such as your name and party size
  • To review Private Client applications
  • To send updates you have agreed to receive
  • To improve the site

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Partner venues receive only what is needed to fulfill your booking. We also use service providers who process data for us: Supabase (accounts and form storage), Netlify (hosting), Google Analytics (usage data), and an email delivery service. Booking links to sites such as Viator, GetYourGuide, or Expedia may set their own cookies. See our disclosure.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and for analytics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; some features, like staying signed in, may stop working.

Retention and your rights

We keep your information while your account is open or as long as needed to complete your request and meet legal obligations. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing stephanie@planyourvegas.com. We reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to Members.

Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026

By using planyourvegas.com or our concierge services, you agree to these terms.

Our service

Plan Your Vegas publishes guides to Las Vegas and arranges bookings with hotels, shows, restaurants, nightlife, and tour operators on your behalf. We are not the operator of any venue. Each booking is also subject to that venue's own terms, cancellation, and refund policies.

Membership

Member is free. Private Client is a paid, invitation-based membership; its price, billing period, and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before you are charged. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or behave abusively toward venue staff.

Perks and availability

Perks are provided by our partner venues and may change, be limited by date or party size, or be withdrawn. We confirm what applies to your booking before you commit. Prices, hours, and availability shown on the site can change without notice; always rely on your booking confirmation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Plan Your Vegas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of venues and third-party providers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Content

Our writing, photography selection, and design belong to Plan Your Vegas. Venue names and marks belong to their owners. Please don't republish our content without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Questions: stephanie@planyourvegas.com.

How we earn

Last updated October 2026

We may earn a commission when you book through us. It never costs you more than booking directly.

Partner venues

Some venues on this site are partners. They may pay us a referral fee for guests we send, and they provide the perks our Members and Private Clients receive.

Booking links

Some booking links go to third-party sites such as Viator, GetYourGuide, or Expedia. If you book there, we may earn a commission.

Membership fees

Private Client members pay a membership fee for concierge service. That fee is separate from any venue commission.

Editorial standard

A venue cannot pay to be listed or to be recommended. We feature places we would send a friend, whether or not they are partners. This disclosure follows the FTC's Guides Concerning Endorsements (16 CFR Part 255).

Accessibility

Last updated October 2026

We want Plan Your Vegas to work for everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA and test the site with keyboard navigation and screen readers as it develops.

Some third-party content, such as booking pages on partner sites, may not meet the same standard.

If anything on the site is hard to use, or you need help booking because of an accessibility need, email stephanie@planyourvegas.com. We reply within five business days, and our concierges can arrange bookings for you directly.
